Where are you located?

I am located in Arlington, TX.  I work primarily in the DFW and surrounding area, but I am open to travel!  If your wedding will be further out, just let me know and I'm happy to discuss what that looks like!

How far in advance should I book with you?

As soon as you know when and where your wedding is and you know you'd like to work with me, let me know and we'll get you booked!  Ideally, six weeks out would be great just so we have some time to discuss logistics and details.  If you are further away and travel will include an overnight stay, I'll definitely need more of a heads up.  Otherwise, if you are getting married this weekend and I'm available, let's do it!

You're new to the industry, what does that look like?

Great question!  Because I'm new to the wedding coordinating industry, I am still learning as I go.  Each wedding I serve is an opportunity for me to learn, gain more experience, and sharpen my skills!

One of the perks of me being new to this industry is that I'm still learning and building my skill set.  If you have something specific you're hoping for but you don't see it listed in my services, just ask and I'm happy to look into it, see if that's something I can do, and if so, do my best as I learn!  Another benefit is that I'm flexible with pricing.  I understand that your wedding is a learning opportunity for me and without the years of experience a pro has, I am more likely to make a mistake, so I have lower rates.

What experience do you have?

I have been planning events since my tenth birthday party!  Growing up, I loved planning events every chance I got and got to help with Christmas parties, graduations, bridal showers, and even reccently, my own wedding!  I also worked as Children's Minister for several years, planning all kinds of events, including weekly services, family days, and larger events like Vacation Bible School.

I have coordinated a few weddings for friends and family members, and I greatly enjoy it!  I also have a handful of weddings booked this fall and winter.  I look forward to working with new brides and coordinating your wedding day chaos!

What happens if you have an emergency and can't be at my wedding?!

I am working on building a network with other coordinators so I can have some backups in the event something happens and prevents me from being there.  If I am unable to serve you due to an emergency and cannot find a replacement, I will issue you a refund.

How many weddings do you book in a weekend?

Only one!  I want to be able to give my full attention to the couple I am serving that weekend.

Do you help with our rehearsal?

Yes!  I prefer to attend your rehearsal and assist so we can all have a chance to meet and I can understand exactly what you are wanting for your ceremony.

Can I book you for my daughter/son's wedding?

You are welcome to reach out and start a conversation, but ultimately the bride and groom will be the ones who have to sign the contract.

My venue requires vendors to have insurance, are you insured?

Yes, I am!  If we have a consulation call, you can provide the venue's information/requirements and I'll make sure we are all good!

What do you wear to weddings?

My go to is dressy professional, but I can also blend in with your wedding guests if you'd like!  Just let me know what you'd prefer when we talk.
