Day-Of Coordination

• Build or review wedding day timeline

• Rehearsal guidance and coordination

• A planning meeting to discuss and confirm wedding details

• Venue walkthrough (if you have one)

• Oversee and assist with set up

• Timeline management

• Communicate and coordinate with vendors

• Attend to the needs of the bride and groom

• Coordinate ceremony procession

• Oversee and assist with tear down

• Handle questions, complications, and any other chaos that pops up during the day

Month-Of Coordination

• Become point of contact for all wedding vendors one month prior to wedding

• Finalize details with all vendors

• Attend final vendor meetings with couple (if requested)

• Weekly check ins with the couple

• Any last minute tasks that pop up that I can reasonably help with

Anything Else - I tailor my services to your needs!  If you are looking for more help with planning or you have something specific you'd like done, but don't see it listed, just ask!  I am happy to look into that service and see if it's something I can help you with.

Pricing

Day-Of Coordination

• $25/hour.  Please make sure you add an hour for the rehearsal in your total if you are planning to have me assist with that.

• For context, a 12 hour wedding day and separate rehearsal totals $325.

• I also ask that I have access to all meals served during your wedding day.

Month-Of Coordination

• $100

• If you are having me perform services in addition to those listed above, there may be an additional charge.

Travel

• If your wedding will be outside a 60 mile radius from me, I do charge a travel fee based on mileage.

Flexibility

• I believe every bride should have a smooth and chaos-free wedding day, regardless of their budget!  If you are looking for wedding coordination on a tighter budget, please know I am happy to negotiate.  I ask minimally that I receive enough to cover my travel expenses to and from your wedding.  After that, whatever your wedding budget allows is a huge blessing.
